Payment

All orders are Cash on Delivery (COD). You pay when the package arrives at your door. No online payment is required at any point.

Delivery

We deliver across all 69 wilayas of Algeria through a third-party courier service. Delivery times vary by wilaya — typically 2 to 5 business days. The courier will contact you on the phone number you provided before delivery.

Order confirmation

After placing an order, our team will review it and may contact you via phone or Instagram to confirm before dispatching. Orders are not guaranteed until confirmed.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order before it is dispatched by contacting us on Instagram @fdzshop.gg. Once the package has been handed to the courier, cancellation is no longer possible.

Returns & exchanges

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund on a case-by-case basis. Items must be unused and in original condition.

Stock

All products are subject to availability. If an item you ordered goes out of stock after your order is placed, we will contact you to offer an alternative or a full cancellation.
